Brief ADHD Evaluation

A brief evidence-based assessment of ADHD symptoms and functioning across time and space.

Assessment generally consists of 3 separate appointments (including the feedback session), with the total fee being split across the sessions. A deposit of $150 is required to secure the initial appointment. Half ($225) is due at the first testing session, and the final $225 is due at the feedback session.
